In Doubutsu no Mori, Doubutsu no Mori+, and Doubutsu no Mori e+, the chalk board does not read "Social Study" and instead has Japanese writing on the right side, with pink, white, and teal chalk marks on the top and bottom. In the European version of Animal Crossing, the chalk board retains the chalk marks from the Japanese versions and reads "English Lesson" instead of "Social Study".
